Jake White turns down England

Jake White has turned down the chance to manage the England rugby union side.



The man that guided South Africa to World Cup glory in 2007 is currently working with Canberra side the Brumbies, and the Super Rugby outfit confirmed on Thursday that the RFU had made an approach for White.

White has a four-year deal with the Brumbies and has made it clear that he plans to see out the current year at least.He wrote on Twitter: "Always hard turning down a chance to win a world cup, but rugby is about making the right decisions and that's to stay with @BrumbiesRugby"Former Italy coach Nick Mallett and current interim coach Stuart Lancaster are now the favourites to take over from Martin Johnson. - http://www.setanta.com/
